Digital Advertising Consultancy
Ensuring that we fully understand our client’s advertising requirements and business objectives, we essentially become an extension of the client’s marketing department and thus can provide full and objective consultancy leading to a campaign which will fully answer the business brief.
Creative
A full in-house creative team will work closely with the client to quickly and cost effectively turn around a creative brief, producing everything from simple Flash banner ads, to email templates, to rich media video banners.

No creative should be treated in isolation and whilst one type of creative execution might work well on a specific website, it may be less successful on another. For this reason we will always look to test different creative messages and designs on a variety of sites in a controlled test environment.

We use a number of different adserving solutions to enable our media teams to be fully trained on all adserving techniques and reporting, whether this is keyword tracked campaigns or rich media ad trafficking. We are also one of the first agencies to use exposure2conversion reporting which provides a full picture of all campaign elements that a customer is exposed to prior to the final conversion rather than just reporting on the final campaign element prior to conversion.
Campaign Reporting & Optimisation
Unlike a lot of offline campaigns, once a digital campaign is up and running, this is just the beginning. We then use our full set of in-house tools to closely monitor and optimise our client’s campaigns. Whether this is deciding that one piece of creative is working better than another and therefore up-weighting delivery or monitoring news stories and changing creative or campaign elements to reflect what is going on in the wider world and drive a potential customer’s decision to interact with the campaign. We will use daily monitoring to check the success of a campaign and provide daily results to the client with recommendations on new opportunities to ensure the best possible ROI.
We have bought campaigns using a variety of methodologies, from the traditional Cost per Thousand Impressions (CPM) and Cost per Click (CPC) rates to the newer Cost per Acquisition (CPA) rates. We have also been successfully testing re-targeting campaigns where a customer is re-targeted with a different sales message and creative at a point after they first interacted with the campaign. For example a potential customer who has ordered a brochure can be presented with a special offer booking message two weeks after the brochure was ordered.
